The LPJ starts from the revered Les Paul cornerstones of tone, a mahogany back with a two-piece carved maple top. This pairing gives a tonal depth and complexity unmatched by any single-wood construction, with warmth and richness from the mahogany and superb clarity and “snap” from the maple. When you plug into your amp, you’ll be glad of the pair of Gibson Modern Classics humbucking pickups. The 490R in the neck position is made with an Alnico II magnet and standard-wound coils, for warmth and clarity, while the 498T in the bridge position has overwound coils and an Alnico V magnet for more punch and sizzle!

How is the winner chosen?
The draw is hosted live on our Facebook page and YouTube channel using a random number generator to determine the winning ticket number. You’ll be contacted directly if you have won.
Can the draw date change?
If all the entries are sold sooner the draw will be brought forward. We have never (and will never) extend a competition’s draw date. Keep updated on the confirmed draw date via our Facebook page and website.
