1956 was a transitional year for the Fender Strat, with the introduction of Alder bodies rather than Ash on Sunburst and custom-color models. In November of that year, a soft ‘V’ neck back shape appeared that was sometimes slightly off-center – a profile the Custom Shop recreated for this Strat – and the rectangular ‘wing’ string tree was replaced with the disc type string tree. Overall, the 1956 Strat became a highly sought-after classic, and the Custom Shop has given it several updated player-friendly appointments for comfort and improved tonal capabilities.

The draw is hosted live on our Facebook page and YouTube channel using a random number generator to determine the winning ticket number. You’ll be contacted directly if you have won.
Can the draw date change?
