Referred to by many as the ‘good wood’ era for Gibson, Les Paul guitars produced around this time featured some of the most staggering Maple tops ever seen from Gibson – a prime example being the top on this Les Paul! Gibson’s attention to detail makes this guitar incredibly special, and a life-changing guitar to own. This 1958 Reissue is an extremely accurate reproduction of one of the original Les Paul guitars, features traditional cosmetics, boasts original build methods, and features one of the most staggering Maple tops we’ve ever seen.
