You may enter the competition for free by complying with the following conditions:

Send your entry on an unenclosed postcard to the Promoter at the following address: The Guitar Marketplace Ltd, Unit 11, Fens Pool Avenue, Brierly Hill, DY5 1QA, United Kingdom.

Include with your entry the following information:
your full name;
your address;
a contact telephone number and email address; and
your email address linked with your account.

Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified; Multiple free entries are permitted, however each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately, and no more than the maximum number of entries per person (as stated on the competition page) will be processed. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted as multiple entries and if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry.

WhatsApp Entry Method:
For competitions with an entry window of less than 72 hours, where the standard postal entry method is not reasonably practicable, a WhatsApp entry route will be made available.

To enter via WhatsApp, you must send a message to +44 7848 100264 including your full name, the email address registered to your account, telephone number, home address, date of birth, and the name of the competition you wish to enter.

One (1) entry will be allocated per valid WhatsApp message received. You will receive confirmation of your entry, including your allocated ticket number, via email.

Once your order has been placed your ticket number(s) will be randomly allocated and will show on your order confirmation. They will also be emailed to you, and will be available in the My Account area.

How is the winner chosen?

The draw is hosted live on our Facebook page and YouTube channel using a random number generator to determine the winning ticket number. You’ll be contacted directly if you have won.

Can the draw date change?

If all the entries are sold sooner the draw will be brought forward. We have never (and will never) extend a competition’s draw date. Keep updated on the confirmed draw date via our Facebook page and website.
