This guitar’s foundation is an American Basswood body, imbuing it with a lightness and musicality which suits the Tele perfectly. To this is bolted a “U”-Shape Maple neck, topped with a 9.5”-radius Rosewood fretboard for intuitive playability. The two Vintage-Style Single-Coil Tele pickups provide period-correct tones, controlled via a 3-way selector switch. A 3-Saddle Vintage Style Tele with Threaded Steel Saddles has been fitted for authentic Tele tone, while the looks are straight out of the period too: the gloss Lake Placid Blue finish has been painstakingly applied, matching perfectly with the Mint Green pickguard. The Limited Edition Fender MIJ Traditional 60s Telecaster in Lake Placid Blue is your ticket back to popular music’s seminal decade, executed with all the precision of Japan’s finest luthiers.
